Registration Information for the 2006 Spring DLL Season

  • The link to the online registration system for the 2006 Spring DSLL season appears at the bottom of this web page. Please read or skim the below information before proceeding to the online registration system. (Click here to skip ahead to the link to the online registration system.)

  • All registration for the 2006 Spring DLL season will take place via the DLL online registration system.

  • Once arriving at the online registration website, DLL registrants should select one of the following Baseball Programs:
    • 2006 Spring DLL Baseball OR
    • 2006 Spring DLL Baseball (ONLY for players born between May 1 and July 31, 2001) OR
    • DLL Challenger Baseball (provides boys and girls with disabilities the opportunity to experience the emotional development and the fun of playing Little league Baseball)
  • There will be NO walk-in registration date and NO mail-in registration for the 2006 Spring DLL season.

 


2006 Spring Registration Timeline and Fees

Regular Registration

  • November 1 - December 15, 2005
  • Regular Registration Fees: $125 for first player, $95 for each additional player

Late Registration

  • December 16- 31, 2005
  • Late Registration Fees: $125 for first player, $95 for each additional player (additional $25 late registration fee for each player will be WAIVED if you register and pay on or before December 31, 2005.
  • ALL players who register AND pay on or before December 31, 2005 will be placed on a team

Waitlist

  • Open from January 1 - 31, 2006
  • Fees (if accepted from the waitlist): $150 for first player, $120 for each additional player
    • includes $25 late registration fee for each player

Opt-Out Fee

  • DLL is run by volunteers
  • A parent or guardian for each player is expected to indicate their volunteer preference during the online registration process, and they are required to fulfill that commitment during the season
  • A parent or guardian may choose to pay an additional $100 to opt-out of the volunteer requirement

Manager Applicants and Selection

  • Manager applicants can apply to manage a team during the online registration process
  • Manager selection and notification expected to be completed by January 15, 2006

Tryout Schedule (click here for more information about tryouts)

  • Primary session: Sat, 1/21 from 9am-5pm
  • Primary session: Sat, 1/28 from 9am-5pm
  • Make-up session: Tue, 1/31 from 6-8pm
  • Make-up session: Thu, 2/2 from 6-8pm

Draft Schedule (applies only to the AA, AAA and Majors Divisions)

  • Majors Draft : date/time/location TBD
  • AAA Draft : date/time/location TBD
  • AA Draft : date/time/location TBD
  • Players in all other Divisions are assigned to teams by Player Agents

Teams Assignments and Player Notifications

  • Teams in the AA, AAA, and Majors division are formed via the draft
  • All other teams will be created following the drafts, and player notifications will begin shortly thereafter (date TBD)

Practices

  • Expected to begin the week of TBD

Games (all dates are tentative)

  • Regular seasons starts: week of Mon, April 17
  • Regular season ends: Sat, June 17
  • Playoff Schedule (for A, AA, AAA and Majors): TBD
